Facility Management Overview
UTS developed unique software to support the transactions of toll operations and management. We engineered management tools to implement the identified best practices when we operated our own toll roads. From there, we have continuously enhanced our systems to meet the needs of all of our customers. We have made our systems highly-configurable to serve the unique business rules of different authorities. The current UTS facility management system is operating in multiple tolling authorities in multiple states across the U.S., yet it is the same software for all of those customers. The software exposes settings through graphical user interfaces to allow the tolling authorities to configure the system operation based on the requirements of their business rules. Authorities can change operational settings without having to change the software!
