Customer Service Center
The UTS Customer Service Center (CSC) software is designed as one part of a comprehensive Revenue Management System solution that also includes the Violation Processing Center. The CSC is designed to help the Customer Service Representative (CSR) intuitively and efficiently perform daily operational tasks. The CSC software includes the following features:
- Customer account management – including customer information, vehicle/license information,
toll tag usage, payment history, violation history, and statement options - Toll tag (transponders)– setup and account association
- Payment processing – including secure credit-card payments and automated renewals based
on account type and usage - Agency Interoperability – tie in to multiple cooperating tolling agencies using toll tag accounts
or license plate accounts - Configurable account types – personal, business, or promotional
- Easily searchable – by customer/business information, tag number, or vehicle license plate number
- CSR or customer notes – comments are easily added
The ease and speed with which a CSR can lookup information specific to an account with the customer on the phone or process a payment or view transaction history is directly related to the software tool being used. We have designed our system from the perspective of a user of the system.
